Within their contracted agreement with Getty Images, I have worn many hats and have worked as a DIT/Media Manager/Lead & Assistant Editor/Post-Production Assistant for Lighthouse Films from early 2022 to 2023 through a multitude of stock image and video projects. During my experience, it has been my priority to update and maintain standard operating procedures for post-production within the stock footage space, along with strategizing the best workflow for marketing and operational procedures that will assist the end product.

During my time with Lighthouse Films on their Getty projects, I have ingested media from a multitude of camera codecs & sources by using ShotPut Pro & Parashoot and created editorial transcodes with LUTs, along with exporting color masters in DaVinci Resolve. Additionally, I have media managed and archived 350+ terabytes of footage onto LTO tapes and hard drives, while also cataloging & updating 1000+ total terabytes of RAW media and final selects from over fifteen years of stock video production. Through the selects process, I have managed & completed First Passes, Second Passes, & Final Passes within Adobe Premiere to determine the best selected in and out points for each stock clip. Following a shoot, I cataloged & organized the footage and shoot information on Airtable & within project folders to properly detail the wrapping of a project. I have also managed the exporting of screeners with burnt-in timecode for review and notes onto Frame.io, along with assisting the batching, poster code framing, metadata and keywords, release information, uploading & submissions, technical inquiries regarding management & search engine trends, and marketing strategy within ESP for these Getty projects. Furthermore, I have done some minor Logo Removal in Adobe Photoshop & Color for stills in Adobe Lightroom, as well as color for 16mm film digital transfers in DaVinci Resolve. Additionally, I have managed the conform & RAW media management for color correction/grading and VFX preparation for projects that are outsourced to contractors.
